Our CMA is a professional Realtor analysis of your market value based on comparables found in the MLS database. When you request a Free CMA, know that this assessment will be based on the facts available without stretching the possible price to attract your interest in selling.

In-home assessments are also confidential. We don't have huge signs on our car announcing to the neighborhood that you are thinking of selling.

Our style of business is to present all the pertinent information and let you make the final decision. We will never make you feel pressured or cornered into making a move you are not comfortable with.
